Provision of false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the applicable market rate on the date of credit.
Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the Account holder's own name. King333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from accounts not belonging to the registered Account holder may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

King333 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. King333 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting king333 Live Chat support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to pending KYC verification and outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
King333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has: violated these Terms; engaged in prohibited conduct; provided false information; or where required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or fraud prevention requirements.
Upon termination of an Account, all bonus balances are forfeited. Real Money Balances will be held pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, Real Money Balances will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method.
